Descripción
The gate valve is designed to be installed on the pipeline as a shut-off device and regulate the flow of medium in water supply systems (except drinking water supply systems) and chemical industry. The principle of operation of the gate valve is to move the gate (knife) perpendicular to the flow of medium. The flow is stopped when the diameter of the nominal bore of the pipeline is completely blocked, and adjusted when it is partially blocked.
